Office Hours
(by appointment only)

Monday: 9 am-12:30 pm & 2:30 pm-6 pm

Wednesday: 9 am-11:30 am & 3:30 pm-5:30 pm

Thursday: 9 am-12:30 pm & 2:30 pm-5:30 pm

New patients are only scheduled for designated times. 

Follow ups offer more flexible times. Hours subject to change
