In conjunction with your chiropractic care, Dr. Tara may make specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance your healing and overall well being. Dr. Tara offers a wide variety of supplements and vitamins. She is also a HUGE fan of home cooking. She is always willing to discuss meals and recipes that she feeds her own family.
Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health. We teach our patients yoga inspired exercises and stretches as needed to help strengthen the core and support the body through the course of their chiropractic care. Core exercises are essential to a healthy spine. Stretching is necessary to free up movement and improve flexibility. They can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness and progress of your chiropractic care. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Stretching and strengthening addresses this issues.
Dr. Tara is passionate about educating the community. Although she has a lot to offer, her focus on her family at this time does not allow for public education workshops. Dr. Tara plans to offer online courses, books and interactive events in the future. Stay tuned...
